My hood doesn't work. What can I do?

If your range hood is within the warranty period, our customer service team will do their best to help you resolve the issue. The best way for us to help you is to take a video of the issue and email it to info@hauslane.com. Our team will be in touch as soon as possible. 

 

If your range hood is out of the warranty period, you can still l take a video of the issue and send it to us. Our team is here to help. The support is free; there will be a charge for parts and shipping.
